We have been actively involved in a wide range of fire door development including timber, particleboard, laminated construction and mineral core doors together with timber, composite and steel frames.

 

We are able to advise on appropriate glazing, intumescent and ironmongery applications having a close association with leading Ironmongery manufacturers together with manufacturers of intumescent fire protection products.

 

Having been involved with fire door testing and development for nearly three decades, we are well placed to provide the complete service in the form of specimen manufacture, consultancy and advice, product supply and liaison with test labs to manufacture and project manage from start to finish.

 

We regularly produce Fire door Specimens under Third Party Sample Audit conditions to provide evidence, documentation and traceability that door specimens manufactured for fire testing conform to product supplied.

 

Our expertise is not limited to fire door development, having produced specimens for and liaised with test laboratories for acoustic and PAS 24 security testing.
